Tamago is a Japanese restaurant, located in the Northgate area of Canterbury, that serves authentic Ramen & Bento style food in a relaxed and informal environment. The building was formally a dental practice and underwent a change of use and considerable internal layout changes to achieve this authentic Japanese feel.

Significant care and consideration had to be taken to ensure the original structure was respected during the refit as the building is Grade 2 listed.
