Our client, who was the founder of the Lounge on the Farm music festival, wished to refit one of the empty retail units forming part of the Wincheap industrial estate in Canterbury.

Our brief was to create a music venue which was adaptable for all types of musical, theatrical and comedy shows in the evenings while allowing the community and Kent County Council to run workshops in the space during the day with an American style diner and three bars for hosting special events.
