Jennett’s Park covers a total of 270 acres of former farmland, previously identified as a location for housing to meet the needs of the District. The development will comprise of between 1300 and 1500 dwellings, approximately 91 acres of Country Park and approximately 12 acres of commercial use land to the north of Peacock Lane.

Situated two miles west of Bracknell and three miles east of Wokingham when completed in 2014/15, Jennett’s Park will have its own pub, retail area, healthy living centre and a two-form entry primary school. Equipped play areas will be located throughout the development as well as other leisure opportunities from the multi-purpose sports area to the all-weather hard surfaced ball court.
