Ashford United Football Club commissioned us to develop a scheme to provide enabling works to protect the long term future of the football club and maximise the 14 acre site located in Kingsdown, North Ashford. The proposal will be split into four phases. The first phase will include the expansion of the stands with start-up workshop units underneath, a new gym, a modern golf clubhouse and three restaurants, along with modernising the existing facilities and improving the venue for weddings and banqueting events.

The second phase will be a competition standard tennis academy which will provide two full sized indoor courts which can also double up for 5 aside football and other internal activities. The third phase is a 60 unit business centre and the final phase is 100 bedroom hotel at the front of the site serving the business centre and sports facilities and will boost the available room numbers in the Ashford area.
